Tina L. Dyer is the founder and principal of Grafted Together Coaching & Consulting, where she equips executive leaders, teams, and individuals to lead with authenticity, clarity, and impact. With over 30 years of corporate leadership experience, Tina is a certified Integral Coach® who specializes in guiding professionals through complex transitions, burnout, and mindset challenges that can hinder performance and growth. She brings deep expertise in leadership development, intercultural competence, and strengths-based strategies. Formerly a Vice President and Learning Strategy Consultant at Wells Fargo, Tina has designed and facilitated executive development programs across industries. She holds a Master’s in Spiritual Formation and Leadership and a B.A. in Psychology. Tina is known for her strategic insight, grounded presence, and ability to help leaders thrive in high-stakes environments.
